When you press "Send", your details pass from your device directly to WhatsApp (operated by Meta) or to your email client, and from there to the firm; use of WhatsApp is also subject to its own terms and privacy policy.
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and arrange a meeting, and do not share them with third parties unless required by law. We keep them for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, if you engage us, in line with the record-keeping duties that apply to lawyers. You are not legally required to provide them, but we cannot reply without them.
Our hosting provider (Vercel) may log technical access data such as IP addresses for security and operations.
